I want the best free download equivalent of Windows 7 sticky notes for Vista?

I want the closest thing Windows version 7 for Vista .. I want it to be completely free and it does not install any other files, tools, gadgets …. none of these things much free downloads do. Surely there is a download like that there. I just hoped that some of you good people have found to date. Thank you very much.
